Senior Technical support Engineer

Job Description
Job Brief
We are looking for a Senior Solution Engineer with 3-5 years experience to train and support our enterprise customers, and provide demonstrations as well. Tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems and helping our customers to manage IoT devices and sensors and implement suggested solutions. You have to co-ordinate and work closely with the R&D and Sales team to come up with comprehensive solutions.
Qualifications: A Technical Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Computer Science, or Information Technology.

10. Ability to multi-task, priorities work in a fast-paced environment.
