Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide expert support on the  contract reviews, margin management and cost/ product assurance activities carried out across the teams under the remit of the role
To pro-actively investigate & lead on new areas of possible leakage or margin improvement (Revenue and Cost)
Through liaising with various points of contact across the business and\/or through the analysis of various data sources available to the team
To analyse, report and assist on the correction of revenue impacting errors across systems and the management of resolution with operational business process owners
To champion resolution of revenue leakage issues across the company by influencing and engaging key stakeholders on activity and resource requirements necessary to drive revenue maximisation
Perform root cause analysis and coordinate the implementation of systems, process and people changes with the business community
Uses industry and/or the company  system/product knowledge to drive operational excellence in the management of teams assuring both simple/complex products spanning the companys 
Ensures team operate within agreed schedule and produces supporting KPIs
Identifies opportunities for operational improvement and efficiencies and prioritises and implements the most cost effective solutions.
Delivering strategic change and driving efficiencies using Continuous Improvement methodologies
Engages and maintain operational stakeholder relationships and helping the company to deliver a right first time (RFT) service for its customers.
Manages and drive a high performing team that is motivated and keeps attention to minimal levels. As part of this responsible for forecasting and managing demand on resourcing to ensure goals/objectives/budgets are met.
Ensures adherence to SOX & other regulatory preparation on applicable controls.
Works with internal/external auditors and governing bodies to prevent fines and brand damage to the company.
