Roles and Responsibilities
Monitoring CCTV live streaming & recording
All administration activities of 2 adjoining premises - Factory and Data Research Center
Procurement of administration requirements
Safety and Security of factory
Maintaining of compliance (PF, ESIC & MLWF) i.e. Registration, KYC updating, Withdrawal of Claims, Transfer of Claims etc.
Preparing leave, attendance, OT record for monthly salary disbursement using manual and biometric system
Insurance policy, timely renewals & Claim Settlements
Arrangement, distributing & Maintaining Stationery Records
Maintain all assets records and update
Taking timely disciplinary action
Maintaining records for employee files
Recruitment of casual workers
Short listing the candidates by taking interviews
Induction program for new joiners
Issuing letters like warning letter, termination etc.
Issuing letters confirmation, appointment by coordination with HO
Monitoring vehicle pick-up & drop as per assigned schedule, Fuel filling & maintenance & RTO related matters
 
 Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Graduation
Approx 2-5 years relevant experience as mentioned above in HR, Compliance, Admin
Academics - First class throughout
Immediate Joiners preferred
