Job Description 
Role and Responsibilities
Development of training from existing and nonexistent documentation based on business need.
Delivery of training in a multitude of environments both virtual and in person.
Lab creation and continued development for all course work.
Lab maintenance tasks for all course work assigned.
LMS maintenance, modifications, and development.
Assist the recruitment team with technical interviews onsite and offsite when needed.
Producing training schedules and classroom agendas.
Desired Candidate Profile
High Level industry experience required in the fields of telephony, networking, and Information Technology.
Proven experience as technical trainer
Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
Experience in designing technical course content
Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
