Senior Trainer/Lead Trainer

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
To manage end-to-end processes and product training for the new hires
Onboard new sales and ops team
Prepares new sales team members by conducting orientation to sales and operation process
Coordination with various departments for support of successful completion of a training batch
Develop individual Training plans
Provide resources and assistance to Sales and operations
Schedule orientation drive-along with senior sales / Ops member
Ensure successful clearance of the new hires from the training phase to the Market
Monitor sales objectives and results to conduct refresher training and up skilling
Provide coaching and develop outcome improvement training resources
Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training delivered
Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques
Be closely aligned with Business to make support readily available and integrate support with routine job functions
Maintain updated records of attendance, training material, curricula and costs
Desired Candidate Profile
Good Presentation & Communication Skills,
Proficient in Training delivery of product/ service, process and soft skills
Proficient in Ms PowerPoint, Ms Excel and Ms Word
Working knowledge of any Learning management system is an added advantage
Should be able to Motivate self and others,
Should be fluent in English and other regional languages (State language and few others would be an advantage)
Should be a team player
Should have the ability to problem solve
Support in Meeting Sales Goals
Graduate/Post Graduate(Any Stream)
TTT Certification would be a benefit
3+ years (4 to 8 years for a senior trainer) of experience as a Trainer in Product/ Service or process training
Ability to deliver a full training cycle
UG : Any Graduate in Any Specialization
PG : Post Graduation Not Required
Doctorate : Doctorate Not Required
