Roles and Responsibilities |
Storyboarding and Solutioning |
Develop storyboards (in PowerPoint, Word, etc.) for projects including pilots/prototypes, based on Design Documents, source content, etc. |
Develop create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention (ILTs, WBTs, VILTs, etc.) |
Work with subject matter experts for providing and creating the solutions |
Design and create standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for the proposed learning solution |
Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods |
Processes, C&G and Reviews |
Maintain project documentation and course folders |
Conduct Self-and-Peer Reviews of deliverables (prototypes, storyboards, final product, etc.) |
Log review comments in the recommended format |
Maintain checklist of self/peer/ID reviews |
Coordinate with cross-functional project teams (PM, Graphic, Programming team, etc.) |
Perform QC of all Integrated Products at various stages of the project |
Ensure schedules and efforts are met as planned |
Desired Candidate Profile |
Candidates should have between 6+ years of relevant e-learning experience |
Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology |
Proven knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models |
Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System |
Exceptional design and writing skills along with strong editing and reviewing skills |
Aware (Basic level at least) of Rapid Development Tools like Storyline, Captivate, etc., |
Know-how of Learning Management System and Compliance Standards (E.g. SCORM, etc.) |
