a) Strong logical and analytical skills.
b) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
c) Basic understanding of network monitoring concepts and management tools. Experience of network tools and protocols.
d) Able to understand the product feature and Java/J2ee exceptions and able to correlate it.
e) Hands on experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
f) Exposure to code level debugging of the product.
