| Roles and Responsibilities | ||||||
| Calling retailers who placed orders and see the response | ||||||
| Taking customer care no calls- customers who wish to buy or have other questions | ||||||
| Calling distributor potentials and converting. | ||||||
| Handling communication and shipments of all ecommerce (Amazon, Flipkart, Skippi.in, etc) | ||||||
| Coordinating closely with Sales team and supporting them in fixing appointments if need be | ||||||
| Following up on credit sales and asking prompt payments from retailers / customers | ||||||
| Coordinating with delivery team on prompt delivery and handling delivery issues. | ||||||

| Must be dynamic, energetic and willing to do multi tasking | ||||||
| Should enjoy talking to people as that's the job ! | ||||||
| Should know to use MS Outlook | ||||||
