Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibility Areas:
 Developing and executing trade excitement programs for channel
 Drive Wholesale Loyalty and Retail Activation programmes.
Understand shopper behavior and develop strategies for productive conversions
 Executing on ground consumer activation programs (Road Shows/Van promotions)
Developing Sales promotional strategies basis market trends/counter competition, implementing marketing plans.
 Overseeing off take generation activity in Key Accounts
Designing innovative POP/Dispensers.
Analyses all parameters of competition marketing activities.
Monitoring competition pricing
 Coordination between Sales team and marketing.
 Vendor Management at local level.
