Roles and Responsibilities : |
3-5 years experience in Retail/ B2C Marketing |
Experience in organizations working under a retail channel model which includes distributor/ dealer network is required |
Exposure to entire range of retail marketing activities (ATL/BTL) from planning to execution stage is highly desirable. |
Minimum territory coverage (scope of work) to include leading marketing activities for 2 to 3 states if not ideally an entire region (west, south, east, north). Experience of working within national level marketing team would be a plus |
Work Experience to include majority of below: |
Marketing Budgets and spends annual planning and deployment. Capturing marketing ROI/ KPI analysis, spends documentation |
Communication campaigns/ tools development and deployment |
Deployment of ATL campaigns through various mass media platforms |
Execution and Management of large activities like consumer focused activations / Influencer programs/ dealer meets/ On ground BTL marketing activities/ POS branding/ channel visibility etc. |
Desired Candidate Profile |
MBA/PGDBM in marketing from reputed institutes at national or state level |
Graduation to be preferably civil/ mechanical engineering or Graduate in Economics, Architecture, Commerce, also can be considered for overall good profile |
For Non- engineering min. distinction in all years of education post 12th |
Above 65% in 10th and 12th standard exams for all profiles. |
