Job Description: |
Must have at least 5 years of experience as a technical expert in the area of Windows System Administration, including Citrix and Vmware. |
Installation, support, maintenance, configuration, management, monitoring and performance tuning of all windows server architecture(s) including Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2016. |

Upgraded hosts in a clustered environment. |
Understanding of networking concepts (port groups, VLAN s, dSwitch, HA/DRS, vMotion etc). |
Must have a basic understanding of Storage (NFS/CIFS), SAN (Fiber Channel/iSCSi), other Hypervisors (HyperV/KVM). |
Experience in Exchange will be considered favorably. |
Must be detail oriented. |
Should be a fast learner, work with vendor Tech Support as a last resort. |
Must have the ability to document changes and store in a centralized location. |
Must have worked in an Incident Management tool and follow company policies in Change Management. |
Must provide regular updates to management on accomplishments, issues and progress. |
Avoid working in a bubble, engage with stake holders to gather requirements, understand pain-points and develop solutions. |
Be open to assist in other areas and learn new tools like Solarwinds, and various flavors of Linux. |
Ability to discuss issues and prepare/present Root Cause Analysis to a varied audience. |
We are building a team of Follow-The-Sun model, will need to work rotational shifts to cater to global needs. |
Will be part of a global OnCall team. |
