Incumbent will be responsible to manage the interviewing and scheduling process |
1. Coordinate with panelsist, blocking calendars |
2. Feedback management |
3. Making sure the process is running in accordance with defined TAT |
4. Keeping the recruiter informed about the progress at each role, so that they can plan sourcing accordingly. |
