Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Sourcing the best talent from diverse resources after identification of the requirement and managing the talent of the organization.
Helps in IT and NON- IT recruitment.
Issuing appointment letter and confirmation letter to employees as per policy of the organization.
Conduct interview of the shortlisted candidates and keep follow up with selected candidates till they are not on board.
Preparation of Compensation Structure and adherence to it.
Managing the complete payroll cycle of the employees and filing of its records.
Circulate the pay slips latest by 3rd of following month and address the resolution of queries related to payroll proactively.

Helping employees to advise them to submit their investment details on time.
Ensure the timely submission of contribution / return under various statute of law.
Responsible for the processing of employee benefits and reimbursements request (e.g., salary, advance etc).
Strong knowledge of statutory benefits - ESI/ PF/ Gratuity and preparation of the challan.
Formulate HR and C&B dashboards.
 
Performance Management :
KRA/KPI Setting, Mid-Year Review, Individual Development plan, Competence Assessments.
Having good knowledge about Balance Score Card , 360 Appraisal process and its implementation.
Extend support to Head HR in evaluating the performance of the employees through various tools.
 
Employee Engagement :
Measure the Organizational Health Index.
Keeping a track on employee turnover and conducting exit interview to identify the cause of exit.
Conducting the surveys in order to understand employee engagement level and accordingly take corrective actions if any required.
Implement rewards & recognition policy and end to end execution of it.
 
Training & Development :
Identify the training needs of the employees and measure its effectiveness in terms of what the improvement has seen in employee performance after attaining the training program.
Introduction and implement the skill development program for the employees.
Designs the development program for HODs & senior leaders of the organization.
To identify and preparing the advancement of employees for the purpose of developing the future leader in the organization.
 
Other :
To extend support to Heads of other department in day-to-day operation.
Work as HRBP and provide fast and effective support.
Support in achieving department objective.
 
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA (HR) from a reputed Management Institute.
Experience :- 7yrs to 10yrs
Age - Between 25- 35 Years
Ready to relocate nearby office area and who can join us on a very short notice period.
Good Inter personal skill
Must having sound Patience level and understand the culture of organization.
