Roles and Responsibilities
Working experience to manage marketing manpower.
Experienced to do product placement, market survey, team handling, and developing a distribution network,
Recruit persons as per company's requirement, conduct training sessions and take briefing on day to day basis
Experienced in making salaries and other matters related to employee engagements.
Experienced in obtaining results from the marketing team and distribution team.
Create successful Marketing opportunities and work on its implementation.
Monitor and analyze Sales & Marketing activities to achieve Targeted Goals.
 
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification -Graduate / MBA( HR/ Marketing) | Regular Studies required from reputed University
Working Experience: 5-8 years (As per Job description)
Should be comfortable to travel in any city and flexible for area relocation as per the company's requirement.
Candidate Should have good geographical knowledge of city he/she applied for.
Smart & quick learner and excellent communication skills
