| Developing and designing of training materials/contents |
| Responsible for providing company processes training |
| Imparting both soft skills & behavioural training programs |
| Summarizing training activities, evaluating & measuring its effectiveness |
| Conducting induction for new joiners |

| Requirement :- |
| MBA |
| 2 - 4 yrs Experience logistics & transport industry |
| Ready to travel at Pan India as per requirement |
| Process / Operations training experience |
| Personality to present oneself & be able to Handle senior colleague |
| Excellent presentation skills |
| Multi-Tasking skills & Good communication skills |
| Commanding & Confident Nature |
