ABOUT THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT |
The department is responsible for managing the human resources of the organization that includes recruitment, on boarding, training, payroll, appraisals, counselling, policies, statutory compliance, etc., for both the US India Business Verticals. |
Roles and Responsibilities |
Human Resources Management in a growing Organization |
Select candidates shortlisted by the Recruiters via face to face rounds on board them |
Induction of the new joiners into the organization and organize training programs |
Conduct periodical performance appraisals and employee engagement activities |
Payroll, Leave Management, Benefits administration, etc. of all the employees |
Form, Modify, Update Govern the HR Policies of the Organization periodically |
Handle employee department disputes and involve in counselling as and when required |
Desired Candidate Profile |
0-2 years of experience, in Human Resources |
Good verbal and written communication skills are a must |
Any education qualification is fine. Graduates Post Graduates are preferred |
