Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
 Meet clients to understand their needs and present ideas and solutions to their requirements
Prepare element lists as per event requirements
 Connect with vendors, fabricators, printer and all other vendors associated with the events
 Execute events as per timelines and plan set by the Production Manager
 Make PPT presentations for events to present to clients Source locations, food, entertainment, volunteers,
freelancers and designers as per event requirements
 Co-ordination with team members and all associated vendors to ensure timely execution of all events
 
Education
UG : Any Graduate in Any Specialization
