Job Description
Qualification: Graduation from a reputed university in any stream or Dip in CommunicationsMass Media PR
Experience: 0-5 years
Roles and Responsibilities
Plan, organize and deliver events like Start up Events, Conferences events, Trade shows, Sales meetings, Business meetings, Employee appreciation events and Virtual events
Negotiate and secure event space.
Secure sponsorship Investors.
Coordinates communicates details of events such as
Prepare budgets and ensure they are adhered to.
Hirebook talent as required
Visit venue to plan layout of seating and decorations.
Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Participates in handling the publicity of the event to ensure success of the event
Prepare promotional materials and presentations
Develop and oversee fundraising events.
Work with printer and designer to develop event invitations.
Manage correspondence.
Coordinate event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.
