About the role: |
This incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing team with project organization & performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities. Conducting market research and analyzing marketing surveys / campaigns etc. |

Responsibilities: |
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including Google campaigns, Facebook campaigns, marketing database, email & SMS marketing, etc. |
Experienced in campaign planning, implementation and reviewing it on daily basis. |
Campaign optimization based different parameter to generate the quality leads from target location. |
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). |
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. |
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. |
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. |
Campaign analysis and reporting to plan the budget requirement. |
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. |

Desired Candidate Profile |
Bachelors degree / Master's degree (preferably in Marketing / Digital Marketing) from a reputed institute and 4-8 years of experience in handling a similar role for a large group. |
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. |
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. |
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. |
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook pixel, etc. ). |
Strong analytical skills and data-driven |
