Roles and Responsibilities |
Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan. |
Create and manage marketing budgets and monitor costs. |
Be custodian for the organization's Brand Guidelines & Brand management across all its verticals & geographies. |
Closely work with leadership team to create growth strategies, new product/ service development and brand extensions. |
Build and inspire creative teams together and vendors as required that guarantees a holistic marketing capability to support the growth of the business |
Manage and optimize the websites within the group and the use of digital marketing methods to increase traffic and online demand for our services. |
Lead communication strategy for marketing initiatives and social media campaigns. |
Plan, execute, and measure lead generation programs to grow the sales pipeline. |
Work to create marketing materials/collateral (physical and electronic) including, presentations, brochures, graphics |
Manage, optimize, and provide analytics on the company’s presence in social media and other channels. |
Ensure the creation of case study content that demonstrates the benefits of our Services, Products & Training portfolio |
Organize and/or ensure participation in relevant technology events, conferences, trade shows, exhibitions that help to demonstrate the company’s technology authority and create a positive image to attract good talent. |
Demonstrate effective communication and Interpersonal Skills. |
Ability to work in Global, Matrix and Team environment |
Evaluate results of marketing activities and campaigns to measure ROI and effectiveness on marketing initiatives (Awareness, Demand Generation, PR, Events). |
Undertake competition analysis and tracking with regular updates to Sales & leadership. |
