| Responsibilties |
| Create dashboards to measure performance against supplier diversity goals and plans |
| Develop and deliver analytics solutions to help guide procurement teams in supplier diversity sourcing activities |
| Communicate new supplier registration and qualification standards to incumbent and potential suppliers |
| Conduct supplier surveys and manage related documentation |
| Support Supplier data collection, validation and ongoing management |
| Support supplier development activities and partnerships with national, local, and international advocacy councils |
| Act as a subject matter expert on global Supplier Diversity certification standards and requirements |
| Support the development and implementation of industry-leading supplier diversity processes and practices related to global supplier development |
| Manage and develop program training material and activities |
| Support incremental and large-scale process improvement efforts to integrate supplier diversity initiatives into existing business processes |
| Define, design, modify and implement Global Supplier Diversity business systems and processes |
| Use metrics to drive continuous improvement activities |

| Desired Candidate Profile |
| Proficiency in Data Visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI |
| Proven data analytics-skills and experience working with disparate data sources |
| Familiarity with global/country specific Supplier Diversity certification standards and requirements |
| Experience leading or directly supporting Supplier Diversity processes and programs |
| Understanding of program management standard methodologies |
| Excellent communication skills |
| Comfortable dealing with ambiguity |
| Strong relationship management skills |
| Demonstrated ability to lead without positional authority |
| Self-motivation with the ability to consistently achieve desired results |
| Comfort collaborating with Executives and communicating complex concepts in straightforward business terms at all levels of the organization |
| Ability and willingness to travel, both domestic and international, as needed to support job scope |
