| Responsibilities: |
| Review and analyze monthly financials |
| Consolidate monthly financials of different entities and prepare MD&A for CFO and other CXO level people of organization. |
| Strategic discussion with different Portfolio Managers/ Business unit leaders |
| Understanding of loan, interest and covenant related info |

| Desired Candidate Profile |
| 4 - 6 years of Post Qualification experience in the related area |
| Master's degree in Finance |
| Must demonstrate personal accountability in ensuring all tasks and activities are carried out within the required timelines and in accordance with legal and management requirements. |
| Financial knowledge (must possess good understanding of P&L, B/S, cash flow statements) |
| Excellent verbal and written communication skills |
| Proficiency in MS-Office applications must have good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. |
