Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Should possess experience in training soft skills. Training experience with new employees preferred.
Sound knowledge of appropriate soft skills.
Train and guide new employees.
Collaborate with management to identify training needs.
Schedule appropriate training sessions.
Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
Content creation such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
Conduct assessments and share post training analysis.
Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
 
Desired Candidate Profile
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as Soft Skills Trainer.
Masters Degree in English with distinction / First Class (Mandatory)
Degree /Masters in English communications will be an added advantage.
Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS PowerPoint & MS Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience in leading activities for a change in ways of working.
Experience in delivering classroom / virtual training and coaching session on soft-skills
Ability to lead and influence others.
Certifications in soft skill training & instructional designing will be an added advantage.
 
What you'll do:
Conduct periodic 'training need analysis & identification' on skill opportunities based on the data and inference shared by HR team.
Execute the training & coaching solutions on the areas of opportunity identified through classroom training or one on one coaching sessions.
Should have the expertise to build training & coaching solutions to upskill our staff on skills like empathy, mindfulness, listening, patience, resilience, persuasive skill, critical thinking, assertiveness etc.
Collaborate with stakeholders and drive partners in executing the training solutions.
