Product Owner


Job Description
In this role you will be acting as a Product Owner for one or more Scrum teams that are continuously delivering engineering software with a large install-base serving many lines of businesses in the Energy Management Business Unit.
You will ensure that the delivered product meets expected scope, timelines, cybersecurity and quality standards of Schneider Electric. Driving Product Leadership with a special focus on agile mindset culture as well as practicing agile methodologies like Scaled Agile. (SAFe)
You will be responsible for building and maintaining the Product backlog with the help of Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams. You will apply a value-driven customer-centric approach that will require an intimate familiarity with all customers stakeholders of the software.
 
Desired Candidate Profile
Create and maintain Product backlog up to date by closely working with various stakeholders.
Write detailed User stories explaining targeted customer value and a clear Acceptance Criterion.
Conduct Product Backlog Refinement sessions with Scrum teams to explain the user stories.
Actively participate in different Scrum rituals such as Iteration Planning, Iteration Reviews to help Scrum teams plan and conclude their work respectively.
 
Desired Skills
Experience of working in SAFe Agile Release Trains (ART).
Agile certifications such as CSPO/PSPO/POPM would be a plus.
Hands on experience of working on collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Klaxoon.
Knowledge of Project management, Risk management, and DevOps practices.
 
Experience
8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in software product ownership roles.
Proven track record of delivering software products continuously.
 
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
