| Role and Responsibilities |
| Development of training from existing and nonexistent documentation based on business need. |
| Delivery of training in a multitude of environments both virtual and in person. |
| Lab creation and continued development for all course work. |
| Lab maintenance tasks for all course work assigned. |
| LMS maintenance, modifications, and development. |
| Assist the recruitment team with technical interviews onsite and offsite when needed. |
| Producing training schedules and classroom agendas. |

| Desired Candidate Profile |
| High Level industry experience required in the fields of telephony, networking, and Information Technology. |
| Proven experience as technical trainer |
| Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects |
| Experience in designing technical course content |
| Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) |
