Role and Responsibilities |
Development of training from existing and nonexistent documentation based on business need. |
Delivery of training in a multitude of environments both virtual and in person. |
Lab creation and continued development for all course work. |
Lab maintenance tasks for all course work assigned. |
LMS maintenance, modifications, and development. |
Assist the recruitment team with technical interviews onsite and offsite when needed. |
Producing training schedules and classroom agendas. |
Desired Candidate Profile |
High Level industry experience required in the fields of telephony, networking, and Information Technology. |
Proven experience as technical trainer |
Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects |
Experience in designing technical course content |
Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) |
